I work side-by-side with athletic coaches to utilize their unique gifts and talents to develop youth in their specific sport and assist student-athletes in obtaining their dreams both on and off the court or field.

 
 
 

Coaching Coaches

This service utilizes the experience and expertise of Hall of Fame Coach Mike Lynch to share his knowledge with athletic coaches in a group setting. Coaches will learn what “A Coach Is” and the life-changing impact they have on the lives of the youth they serve and are privileged to coach. In addition, they will receive the tools necessary to fully utilize their unique gifts and talents to teach their youth how to achieve their goals both on and off the court/field.

Program Consulting

This service allows Hall of Fame Coach Mike Lynch to individually assist coaches in how they can enhance their specific sports program. Coaches will be helped with establishing a detailed path of success to create a legacy for the future of their school/organization.

Recruitment Assistance

For Coaches: This service allows Hall of Fame Coach Lynch to guide coaches through the process of how recruitment works. Coaches will receive strategies to implement to assist student-athletes in reaching their next-level goals.

For Parents: This service allows Hall of Fame Coach Lynch to guide individual families through the process of how recruitment works. Parents will be educated about the college recruitment process and will receive strategies to assist them in helping their student-athletes reach their next-level goals.
